The PRIZES listed above will be assigned for the first 3 photos that are
in GOOD STANDING with the PAYMENT of the PARTICIPATION FEE
(1,500 YEM, or 15€, or 15$).
Other secondary prizes can also be awarded
for photos NOT in good standing with the payment of the participation fee.
